Reporting to the Branch Manager, supervise and coordinate a cleaning crew of approximately 6 to 8 people at the Brisbane branch. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, inspections and quality checks, compliance and safety, cleaning and detailing vehicles, maintaining equipment and supplies, recording damage, refuelling and moving vehicles, and keeping the branch clean and safe. The role requires roster flexibility across weekdays, weekends and public holidays, with previous supervisory experience desirable and vehicle cleaning experience preferable but not essential. Applicants should have a full driver's licence, a can-do attitude, attention to detail, time management skills, physical ability for manual work, reliable transport, and the ability to motivate a team.
