Service a portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments and work with the Debt Team to maintain accurate loan records and complete servicing functions on time. Duties include reviewing loan documents, onboarding loans, performing quality control checks, monitoring reserves and escrow accounts, coordinating lien releases, reviewing draw requests, generating billing and payoff statements, producing reports, assisting with investor remittance reports, managing client and borrower relationships, coordinating cash management and mentoring junior team members. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, commercial real estate loan servicing experience, proficiency with Excel and CRE loan servicing software, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. The position is regular, full-time and based in Dallas, Texas.
