Join the Debt Team with a focus on CMBS and CRE-structured products, including SASB, CRE CLO and Conduit investments. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio, monitoring credit performance, leading re-underwriting and cash flow reforecasting, developing investment recommendations, maintaining watchlists, liaising with servicers and trustees, analysing reports and legal documents, building surveillance tools and dashboards, preparing investment memoranda and mentoring junior team members. The role requires 9 or more years of relevant experience, fixed income and CMBS experience, advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Intex, and a bachelor's degree. The position is regular, full-time and based in El Segundo, California.
