Help launch and lead ALDO’s new temporary store at The Glades. Support the day-to-day running of the store over a 5 to 6 month contract, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, deliver customer service and styling advice, oversee stock management and store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual merchandising standards, and build customer loyalty. Previous retail management or supervisory experience is required, with footwear, fashion or fast-paced retail experience preferred. The role requires confident team leadership, adaptability in a temporary or pop-up store environment, flexible rota availability including weekends and peak trading periods, and commitment to the full contract.
