Work and learn in industry through a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery apprenticeship. The role involves food preparation and working in a busy kitchen, with training in restaurant cookery, knife skills, food safety, financial skills, workplace safety, teamwork and kitchen organisation. The apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace over 36 months with full-time employment. There are no prerequisite requirements for the qualification. Applicants must meet the Language, Literacy and Numeracy standards, be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and be at least 18 years of age.
