Work and learn in a real hospitality environment while developing supervisory skills across the hospitality sector. The qualification supports work as a bar supervisor or team leader and is delivered over 12 months in the workplace with full-time employment, monthly face-to-face contact, learning support by email, phone and online, and tutorial support available on campus. Eligibility includes meeting the Language, Literacy and Numeracy standards, being an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and being at least 18 years of age.
