Responsibilities include delivering BIAB, gel polish and manicure services, maintaining SOAK's technical and hygiene standards, recommending suitable services and aftercare, and helping establish the SOAK standard in Sydney. Requirements include experience with BIAB and gel polish highly regarded, strong technical nail skills, excellent client communication, and comfort joining a brand new opening team.
