Responsibilities include greeting every guest warmly, managing bookings and check-ins, serving drinks and refreshments, and supporting therapists throughout the day. Requirements include warm, confident communication, comfort in a fast-paced environment, retail or hospitality experience preferred, and availability for weekend shifts.
