A graduate program offering experience in external audit, internal audit, and self-managed superannuation fund audit divisions within a supportive team environment. Benefits include assistance with graduate studies such as CA or CPA programs, membership fees, ongoing on-the-job training and development, and close personal mentoring from senior leaders. Eligible employees receive the equivalent of four days of study leave per subject, up to a maximum of 12 days per financial year. Candidates should have completed or be nearing completion of undergraduate studies, be eligible and ready to commence graduate studies, be motivated to start a career in audit, communicate well, work positively and collaboratively, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
