An undergraduate program providing practical on-the-job training while students complete an education course such as a university degree. Students gain experience in external audit, internal audit, and self-managed superannuation fund audit divisions and receive ongoing support from management and leadership teams. Eligible candidates may receive up to 12 days of study leave per financial year for full-time employees, prorated for part-time employees. Candidates should be enrolled or seeking enrolment in an approved relevant course, genuinely interested in a career in audit, enthusiastic and highly motivated, strong in written and verbal communication, collaborative, and highly attentive to detail.
