Design websites, apps and brands for clients across 7 countries, with real creative freedom and a technical team that builds what you design. Responsibilities include designing web and mobile interfaces from research to final UI, creating design systems and component libraries in Figma, prototyping interactions and animations, collaborating with development, and contributing to proposals. The role requires 3+ years of digital product design experience with a portfolio, strong Figma skills including Auto Layout, variables and prototyping, sound judgement on typography, colour and visual hierarchy, and the ability to defend design decisions with arguments. Basic HTML and CSS awareness, branding and visual identity experience, and motion design skills are beneficial. The role offers a salary based on experience reviewed yearly, real remote working or a desk at the Castellón headquarters, creative freedom, credited work, and a yearly budget for training and tools.
