Join a team of 5 and own web projects end to end, including fast corporate sites, eCommerce and custom platforms. You will build websites and web apps with Astro, Next.js, React and Node, handling architecture, code, deployment and metrics. The role includes maintaining Lighthouse scores of 90 or higher and strong Core Web Vitals, speaking with clients when needed, and reviewing the team's code. Applicants should have 5+ years of web development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, strong React skills and experience with Astro or Next.js, complex CSS layouts, animation, accessibility, APIs, databases and production deployments. Fluent Spanish or English is required. Bonus experience includes custom or headless WordPress, AWS, Docker, infrastructure as code and visual design detail. The position offers a salary based on experience with yearly reviews, remote work or a desk at the Castellón headquarters, flexible hours, Friday afternoons off, varied projects, and a yearly training and hardware budget.
