Lead the expansion and execution of English Path's university pathway programme student recruitment launch across its network of colleges and university partner locations. Responsibilities include conducting market and demographic research, developing launch plans with budgets and KPIs, expanding agency, school and sponsor networks, managing recruitment plans and milestones, ensuring regulatory compliance, contributing to staff recruitment and training, developing recruitment teams, collaborating with Marketing and Recruitment on promotional materials, coordinating recruitment events and international fairs, monitoring lead-to-deposit metrics, developing agent engagement strategies, and reporting on applications, offer acceptance, deposits and demographics. The role requires significant experience leading large-scale, multi-channel student recruitment initiatives in higher education, international education or language pathway contexts, experience launching campuses or academic divisions, strategic and commercial planning skills, familiarity with pathway programmes and accreditation processes, strong stakeholder communication, team leadership experience, and flexibility for regular UK and international travel. Prior experience securing university progression or articulation partnerships and a qualification in Marketing, International Education, Business Administration or a related field are desirable.
