Provide executive leadership for the strategic development, commercial performance, quality and reputation of English Path's Young Learner provision worldwide. The role is accountable for building a world-class Young Learner Academy portfolio, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring student experience, safeguarding, compliance and operational standards meet or exceed regulatory, accreditation and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities include leading the global strategy and three-year business plan, expanding academic, sports, cultural and thematic programmes, managing global P&L, pricing and budgets, overseeing safeguarding governance, compliance, quality and risk, developing locations and partnerships, supporting marketing and recruitment, leading a geographically and culturally diverse team, and acting as executive decision-maker during serious incidents. The position requires significant senior leadership experience in young learner provision, education, camps or youth programmes, success in strategic business development and commercial growth, experience managing multi-site or international operations, and knowledge of budgeting, safeguarding governance, student welfare and quality assurance frameworks. A bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification is required. International travel may be required, and the role is based at any English Path campus in the EMEA region.
