Join the team to handle work for Chinese-speaking clientele in the UK, with seats in at least three areas including litigation, family, employment, commercial and civil law. Responsibilities include meeting clients, taking instructions, conducting legal research, preparing appeal bundles, drafting witness statements, corresponding with the Home Office, tribunals, barristers and governmental bodies, and managing a caseload. Applicants should have LPC and or LL.M and LL.B qualifications at least at Merit level, Mandarin language skills, one year of recent UK legal experience, and experience in legal research, legal drafting and using LexisNexis or Westlaw.
