Advise clients on contentious work, litigation issues, business, commercial matters and contract breaches. Responsibilities include supervising junior trainees, legal research, drafting correspondence, meeting clients, taking instructions, conducting due diligence, establishing relevant facts and key dates, and managing caseloads. Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, independence and the ability to work under pressure. The firm is seeking a fully qualified experienced solicitor with at least 3 years PQE and experience in litigation, commercial, business, contract or similar work. This is a full-time permanent position based in Central London, with a salary package based on experience and performance.
