SOSO is seeking a Contract Frontend Developer with full-stack expertise to build AI-enabled experiences, enterprise-grade software systems, digital installations, and interactive experiences. The role includes defining technical requirements and software architecture, developing prototypes, building maintainable solutions, collaborating with designers on UI/UX and interactive behaviors, developing high-performance frontend components, designing scalable backend services, and maintaining proprietary platform components. Ideal candidates have experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, relational data modeling, Vue, TypeScript, Three.js, Pixi, WebGL, Heroku, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Git and pull request workflows, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, distributed systems, AI integration, LLM orchestration, content generation, AI content moderation and safety, visual design, typography, motion graphics, and designing experiences across varied contexts, screens, and media. Bonus experience includes design, animation, user behaviors, interactive physical environments, RS485, industrial lighting protocols, and low-level network programming. This is a freelance contract position with compensation of $100 to $150 per hour based on experience and skill level.
