Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing calls focused on training counselling, resolving queries and problems, working with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve targets, following up with potential students by telephone or email, and guiding students towards training that benefits their future. Candidates should have strong oral and written communication skills, previous customer service experience, preferably in education or technology, and ease of use of computer hardware and software. The role offers a gross salary of €1,400 per month plus commission, time flexibility, one day of teleworking per week, training and skills enhancement, professional growth, international projection, and team building activities.
