EDUCA EDTECH Group is looking for a Team Leader with experience in continuing professional development and subsidised training to lead and develop a sales team specialising in FUNDAE. Responsibilities include managing and supervising FUNDAE managers, defining and implementing strategic sales KPIs for the Continuing Professional Development department, coordinating the team's commercial action plan, and promoting continuous improvement. Candidates should have experience managing sales teams, preferably in subsidised training or FUNDAE, understand the Continuing Professional Development scheme and FUNDAE grant system, and have analytical, leadership, communication and people management skills.
