Act as the single point of contact between clients' multimarket research projects and RONIN's operational teams and partners. The role involves managing projects, understanding costing sheets and specifications, attending kick-off meetings, developing and reviewing screeners, discussion guides and questionnaires, testing programmed questionnaires, briefing fieldwork teams and vendors, managing recruitment, tracking project profitability, overseeing change control and scope creep, managing clients, reporting on project progress, identifying potential barriers and solutions, meeting applicable market research quality standards and regulations, and providing accurate administration support to wind down projects and capture learnings. Candidates must have 2+ years' experience in project management, a flexible and organised approach with strong multitasking, time management and prioritisation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a tenacious and detail-oriented approach, Microsoft Office and Excel competence, and an understanding of data collection management. Knowledge of other languages and cultures and previous CATI experience are advantageous. This is an office-based position when the RONIN entity opens offices, expected to be located in the Makati District of Manila, Philippines, subject to confirmation.
