RONIN International is looking for entry-level digital research employees in Germany to manage assigned research projects throughout their entire life cycle. Responsibilities include understanding project requirements, determining suitable digital approaches, identifying and recruiting participants using traditional, digital and social media research methods, managing social media campaigns, coordinating with other departments, maintaining project records and the SQL database, reporting progress, conducting occasional participant interviews or screening calls, and ensuring research quality. The role includes comprehensive training in digital methods and career development and advancement opportunities as the department expands. Applicants should think logically and creatively, communicate precisely and confidently with senior and international participants, organise work effectively, manage multiple projects and tight schedules, understand major social media platforms, hold a good university degree or comparable qualification, and speak German and English at native, fluent or advanced level as specified. A work permit in Germany is required from the scheduled start date. The position is based at the Hamburg office, with on-site presence required during probation and home office or hybrid working potentially available afterwards. Report to the Digital Research Manager.
