Join a respected Manhattan construction company supporting financial management for multiple commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include job costing, billing, revenue recognition, project expense tracking, financial reporting, subcontractor payments, change orders, vendor invoices, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, month-end and year-end close activities, project performance analysis, compliance, and audit support. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 3 to 5 years of accounting experience are required. Construction or real estate experience, knowledge of job costing, project accounting and revenue recognition, and proficiency in construction accounting software such as Viewpoint, Sage 300, or Procore are preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are needed.
