Join the accounting leadership team of a well-established, growing Manhattan-based organization. The role includes coordinating the month-end close, reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts, preparing and consolidating financial statements under US GAAP, ITA GAAP, and IFRS, maintaining accounting documents and backup schedules, improving Finance department processes, supervising receivables activities, coordinating sales and use tax filings, preparing reports and analysis, supporting audits, and mentoring junior accounting staff. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or Accounting, 6+ years of general ledger and month-end close experience, a strong manufacturing accounting background with inventory experience, leadership or team management experience, advanced Excel skills, familiarity with US GAAP, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations or a similar ERP system.
