Lead a portfolio of key accounts at Scooperz's Amsterdam hub, with responsibility for long-term client success, stability and commercial performance. Manage client relationships, account development, forecasting, profitability, proposals, contracts and growth opportunities. Coordinate internal teams, oversee project delivery, align priorities and expectations, identify risks and support structured client communication. Guide and mentor the Amsterdam team and collaborate with the Breda headquarters and Paris hub. The role requires 7+ years of agency experience, experience in influencer marketing and/or social media, experience leading key accounts and strategic client relations, strong organisation and structure, team guidance skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.
