As an Influencer Talent Manager at Scooperz, you are responsible for the business and strategic success of creators represented by the agency. You manage a portfolio of approximately 10 creators, support their career and revenue-model development, negotiate brand partnerships, develop tailored career strategies, provide business and commercial guidance, scout new talent, and contribute to events, knowledge sharing and community initiatives. The role is based in Amsterdam or Breda, with flexibility to work from both locations. Scooperz is seeking someone with 3 to 5 or more years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent management and/or recruitment or sales, a proven track record, target-driven sales experience, networking and negotiation skills, knowledge of social media, influencer marketing and the creator economy, and a hands-on attitude suited to a fast-paced agency environment. The role offers opportunities to grow towards a leading position within talent management, or to broaden into influencer marketing or social media marketing.
