HomeShield is seeking experienced and licensed Pest Control Service Technicians to inspect and treat customer homes, prepare proposals and presentations, provide customer service, educate customers about pest control services, and follow company protocols and treatment processes. Requirements include a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record, a Branch II or Applicator's license, safe chemical handling, independent work, strong communication, accurate recordkeeping, safe equipment operation, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, wear required protective equipment, and work in varied weather. The full-time position offers $50,000 to $80,000 annually, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, referral benefits, and an 8 hour Monday to Friday schedule with weekends as needed.
