HomeShield is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for its Anaheim, California team. Duties include handling high call volumes, scheduling inspections and services, routing technicians, processing customer orders and payments, responding to emails and inquiries, performing data entry and reporting, and assisting with management-assigned tasks. Candidates should have a strong customer service mindset, organizational and multitasking skills, effective communication, attention to detail, scheduling and routing experience, and integrity and professionalism. The role requires one year of customer service, call center, and scheduling or routing experience. It is a full-time, in-person day shift position paying $20 to $23 per hour, with health, dental, vision, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.
