English Path is seeking a Head of Partner Development and Pathway Recruitment to lead the expansion and execution of student recruitment for its university pathway offering. The role involves securing university and recruitment agency partnerships, developing recruitment plans and budgets, launching new colleges and delivery locations, managing projects and KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff recruitment and development, and collaborating with marketing and recruitment teams. Candidates should have experience with university partnerships and external stakeholders, at least five years leading large-scale student recruitment initiatives in higher education, international education or language pathways, and a proven record of launching campuses, learning centres or academic divisions. Familiarity with pathway frameworks and accreditation processes is required.
