Join SOL Mental Health as part of a collaborative, clinician-centered team with structure, support, and tools to do your best work. Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions, and complete timely, accurate documentation. Applicants must hold an active, independent New York license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC, have experience in direct clinical care, strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and an interest in a collaborative team environment. The role includes a $60,000 to $100,000+ compensation range inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives, medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA, a 401(k) with match, annual CEU support, administrative, billing and marketing support, paid time off, professional liability insurance, and office space in the Rye location.
