Join a collaborative, clinician-centered team providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children. The role includes supporting patients in crisis with appropriate interventions and completing timely, accurate documentation. Candidates must hold an active, independent Maryland license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC, have experience in direct clinical care, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and interest in a collaborative team environment. The position offers a $70,000 to $90,000+ compensation range inclusive of a guarantee and clinical hour-based incentives, medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA, a 401(k) with match, a $1,500 annual CEU budget, administrative, billing and marketing support, paid time off, 10 paid holidays, professional liability insurance, and career growth opportunities.
