Intermediate Interior Designer

Co-lead, develop, and execute comprehensive, code-compliant design efforts across project types. Lead programming, conceptual design, space planning, design development, client presentations, and project delivery phases. Communicate design concepts through sketches, 3D models, and color renderings; coordinate with clients, product representatives, furniture dealers, fabricators, consultants, and contractors; conduct field surveys; specify finishes, fixtures, and furniture; prepare design documentation and construction documents; incorporate audio/video, acoustics, power, and data requirements; and assist with construction administration. The role requires strong design creativity, communication skills, collaboration, knowledge of interior architectural concepts and building codes, advanced Autodesk Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite skills, a bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture, and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Interior Design Certification and WELL or LEED Accreditation are strongly preferred.
