Even the most creative designs cannot be realized without the technical competence to deliver built solutions in a real-world environment. Intermediate Technical Designers play a key role in actively collaborating in the design process and translating design concepts into cutting-edge, coordinated, code-compliant, and buildable solutions. They bring a strong understanding of documentation, detailing, interdisciplinary coordination, and are capable of working more independently while supporting project delivery. They are responsible for producing high-quality Construction Documents, coordinating with consultants, contributing to technical problem-solving across multiple project phases, and obtaining agency approvals. This role bridges design intent and technical execution, ensuring projects are well-documented, compliant, constructible, and delivered within budget and on schedule.
