An opportunity for a finance professional to join the DR&P Finance team and oversee financial analysis, reporting and management information for DR&P pillars, with a focus on the DR&P enterprise and collaboration with BMS Group colleagues. Responsibilities include leading the preparation of internal management information and legal entity results, budgeting and planning, regulatory reporting, credit control and cash management, continuous improvement, tax filings and strategy, business initiatives, and strategic finance activities. The role requires a qualified accountant who has previously been a Finance Director or Controller in an insurance or broking environment, with strong commercial understanding, experience developing and influencing business strategy, leading finance initiatives, delivering major projects and best practice financial controls, managing teams and relationships, and handling regulatory and external service providers.
