The initial phase combines manual document extraction and data validation with contextual judgement, including reading insurance contracts, extracting fields, validating data and assessing whether datasets meet specific criteria. The role requires intermediate Excel skills, accurate data entry, document literacy, cross-referencing and validation, a methodical approach, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, reliability, ownership and clear communication. Python, advanced Excel and SQL skills are useful but not essential.
