Evernow is seeking an experienced Medical Director to serve as the organization’s external medical authority and senior clinical advisor. The role provides strategic medical leadership, guidance and oversight for clinical standards, compliance and quality programs, and representation of Evernow in select partnerships and public-facing medical discussions. Responsibilities include advising on evidence-based, menopause-first clinical protocols, serving as a medical spokesperson, supporting partnership and employer engagements, reviewing external medical messaging, participating in monthly chart reviews and quality programs, responding to Medical Escalation Team clinical questions generally within 24 hours, and contributing to senior provider interviews and clinical governance. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement averaging 10 hours per week or less, with no routine direct patient care, provider scheduling, operational management, or employment supervision. Required qualifications include an MD or DO with board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology, an active unrestricted medical license in good standing, and MSCP certification or willingness to obtain it within an agreed timeframe. Demonstrated menopause-focused clinical expertise, experience representing medical organizations externally, and working knowledge of longevity-adjacent care models are preferred.
