The role includes accompanying children throughout the school day, planning and delivering holiday programmes, working closely with the school team and parents, and observing and documenting child development while helping implement the school's educational objectives. Applicants need a completed educator training qualification, at least two years of professional experience as an educator, enjoyment of working with children, responsibility, empathy, teamwork, communication skills and commitment. The position offers a permanent role on a fixed-term one-year contract, full time at 39.4 hours per week or part time up to 35 hours, with working hours from 07:30 to 16:00, TV-L pay, professional development, flat hierarchies, modern classrooms and Smartboards.
