Undertake 13 weeks of paid full-time pre-apprenticeship training at TAFE, including 3 weeks of work placement, supporting the local manufacturing industry. Insurance and personal protective equipment are provided. Hosting a trainee gives businesses the opportunity to assess their potential in a real work environment, with the possibility of transitioning them into an apprenticeship through Community Solutions' Group Training Organisation model.
