Complete 13 weeks of paid full-time pre-apprenticeship training at TAFE, including 3 weeks of work placement, and earn a Certificate I in Engineering. Insurance and personal protective equipment are provided. Trainees can be assessed in a real work environment and may transition into an apprenticeship through Community Solutions' Group Training Organisation model.
