Barista experience is essential, with responsibility for preparing coffee, knowing pastry and sourdough products intimately, and contributing across front of house, including maître d', waiter, cleaning and general team duties. Applicants should demonstrate communication, attention to detail, problem solving, a sense of urgency, organisation, cleanliness and teamwork. Minimum 2 years hospitality experience is required, and management experience is a bonus. The cafés are open 7 days a week, with full time and permanent part time opportunities available.
