Own EST's unclaimed property function across its issuer base, including SEC Rule 17Ad-17 searches, state dormancy tracking and due diligence, escheatment reporting and remittance, and research to reunite shareholders with their property. Responsibilities include preparing NAUPA reports, reconciling cash and securities remittances, managing statutory mailings, coordinating with issuers and counsel, handling state audits and voluntary disclosures, building dormancy dashboards and search workflows, and reporting program metrics. Candidates need strong Excel, data handling, database, reporting, research, and modern tooling skills, including AI-assisted workflows, working knowledge of SEC Rule 17Ad-17 and multi-state unclaimed property law, and 5+ years of experience in unclaimed property, escheatment, transfer agent operations, or a related compliance function. Experience with unclaimed property software, transfer agent systems, state audits, or voluntary disclosure processes is preferred.
