Own the crowdfunding side of the operations desk for Regulation CF and Regulation A issuers, working directly with the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include onboarding issuers, establishing and reconciling registers, processing transfers and issuances, supporting corporate actions, building Excel reconciliation models, supporting DTC eligibility, FAST balancing and DWAC processing, documenting procedures, and handling escalated shareholder and issuer inquiries. Requirements include exceptional Microsoft Excel proficiency, command of the JOBS Act framework, 7+ years of experience in transfer agency, securities operations or related back-office roles, independent judgment on deadline-driven work, and fluency with modern technical tooling including AI-assisted workflows. Preferred experience includes transfer agent recordkeeping platforms, DTC workflows and crowdfunding portal data formats. Benefits include health, dental and PTO.
