If you require the assistance of a carer, Uber Boat by Thames Clippers will issue a complimentary companion ticket to match your own from any staffed ticket office. A single, return or Hop-on Hop-off ticket with a carer's companion ticket can also be bought on the website and in the Thames Clippers Tickets app. Choose the Concession + Carer pricing option in the app, or add a Concession and a Carer ticket to your basket online. If you require assistance from more than one person, or have a season ticket and need one for your carer, contact the Customer Service team at least 3 working days before travelling.
