20× Cross River Saver

Buy 20 Cross River Single tickets for the price of 14 through the Thames Clippers Tickets or Uber apps. Each crossing costs £2.87, and the tickets must be used within 90 days of purchase. The saver applies only to single journeys between Rotherhithe or Greenland (Surrey Quays) and Canary Wharf piers, or between Barking Riverside and Woolwich (Royal Arsenal) piers. Children, concession and Travelcard discounts do not apply.

Guide or Assistance dogs can travel on board without charge. This includes Fetch and carry dogs, Mental health companion dogs and Seizure-alert dogs. Guide and Assistance dogs are not allowed on seats.

Children with disabilities and carers

Children aged 4 and under travel free, with up to two free children per paying adult. If you are the registered carer of a child aged 4 or under with a disability, you can benefit from the concession discount. Children aged 5 to 15 receive 50% off standard fares. If you are the registered carer of a child aged 5 to 15 with a disability, you can benefit from a complimentary carer's ticket.

Complimentary carer ticket

If you require the assistance of a carer, Uber Boat by Thames Clippers will issue a complimentary companion ticket to match your own from any staffed ticket office. A single, return or Hop-on Hop-off ticket with a carer's companion ticket can also be bought on the website and in the Thames Clippers Tickets app. Choose the Concession + Carer pricing option in the app, or add a Concession and a Carer ticket to your basket online. If you require assistance from more than one person, or have a season ticket and need one for your carer, contact the Customer Service team at least 3 working days before travelling.

Adults with disabilities discount

Any person with a disability will receive a 50% discount. The discount also applies to anyone with a London Councils Freedom Pass or 60+ London Oyster photocard. Bring the relevant pass when travelling to validate the discount. Digital copies, photos and screenshots are not accepted. The discount applies to Single, Hop-on Hop-off and season tickets, but does not apply to return tickets purchased at the pier or carnets. Choose the Concession fare when purchasing your ticket.

Tate Members Discount

Tate Members receive 25% off travel between Tate Modern and Tate Britain. Tickets must be purchased at the Bankside ticket office, or from ticket machines at Bankside or Millbank piers. Tate Membership must be shown when boarding.
