Responsibilities include driving kitchen operations, production planning, food preparation, recipe development, quality control, procurement, inventory and cost control, staff rotas, financial operations, food safety compliance, allergen management, team leadership and maintaining high service standards. Applicants should have at least 3 years of food service operations management experience, kitchen operations and procurement experience, strong culinary knowledge and hands-on food production experience, experience with staff scheduling and labour cost management, financial and food cost control experience, a valid Food Safety Level 3 certification, and proficiency with POS, inventory management and scheduling software.
