Join a dynamic residential care provider supporting male adults aged 18 to 65 with mental health needs in Sutton, Surrey. You will help service users gain independence and develop their potential by maintaining individual support plans, promoting an ordinary living environment, supporting informed choices, facilitating participation in care, liaising with care professionals, and organising social and recreational activities. No previous experience is needed. The role requires the ability to assess needs, engage and support clients with daily living programmes, contribute to support planning, communicate effectively, work in a small dynamic environment, and hold a minimum of five GCSEs at grades A to C or equivalent. QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred and QCF Level 3 is advantageous. Ongoing training and a Leadership Academy are provided, with opportunities to become an I Care Ambassador.
