The Clerk's Office of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is seeking a full-time Case Management Supervisor to lead and manage case information-related services, ensure the integrity and quality of case-related databases and systems, and provide high-quality customer service to chambers staff, court staff, counsel, litigants, and the public. Duties include supervising staff, overseeing case management and electronic filing systems, managing quality assurance and training, coordinating case management projects and continuity support, responding to operational requests, and supporting office financial processes and court sessions as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a professional office environment, including at least one year of supervisory or managerial experience, subject to the stated substitutions. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, judiciary experience, knowledge of case administration and electronic filing systems, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience, strong writing and editing skills, and knowledge of project management, quality management, and process improvement practices.
