Lead and unify three specialist commercial teams across major infrastructure projects: Transactions and Advisory, Secondment and Consulting, and Claims and Disputes. Responsibilities include developing CJC's commercial framework and service delivery standards, overseeing commercial and contractual governance, managing and mentoring senior leaders, overseeing resource planning and capability development, strengthening client relationships, supporting complex negotiations and major tenders, and overseeing portfolio financial performance, quality assurance and continuous improvement. Applicants should have experience as a Commercial Director or Commercial Manager specialising in major infrastructure or engineering projects, experience across at least two commercial service areas, strong knowledge of complex contracts, procurement frameworks and relevant legislation, expertise in Principal-Contractor relationships, PPP models and high-value negotiations, and the ability to lead and grow multidisciplinary teams.
