CJC is seeking an early-career professional with a can-do attitude and a passion for contracts, legal, or commercial operations. The role supports the in-house General Counsel across commercial and legal matters, including reviewing and drafting supplier and client contracts, assisting with RFQs, subcontractor agreements and tender packages, maintaining contract and commercial registers, supporting project cost tracking and variation management, providing secretariat support, and helping ensure compliance with contractual, legal and company requirements. Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in contracts, legal, project administration or commercial support, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive mindset, and a willingness to learn. Microsoft Office proficiency is required, while project systems experience, tertiary qualifications in Law, Business or Construction Management, and exposure to construction, infrastructure or engineering sectors are highly regarded.
