Based at TESG’s Perth office, this role undertakes building compliance audits and assessments, provides building surveying advice, conducts BCA reviews, issues commercial statutory certifications and fire safety audits, and collaborates with the national team of auditors and building surveyors. Applicants must be registered as an unlimited building surveyor and have experience across a range of building types and sizes, knowledge of building construction and maintenance, understanding of regulations, BCA and relevant Australian Standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
