Full-time positions are available in NSW, QLD and VIC, with one position at each office. The role conducts fire safety audits and assessments, inspections against relevant standards, contractor maintenance record audits, client reporting, System Interface Testing, passive fire inspections, compliance reporting, account management, and NCC Building Code of Australia compliance reviews. Applicants should have experience as a Safety Measures or Essential Safety Provisions auditor, Building Inspector, or in an aligned building, engineering or facilities management role, along with risk assessment, report writing, project management, autonomous inspection, digital technology, a current Australian Drivers Licence, and knowledge of NCC, BCA or WHS risk identification and evaluation. FPAS accreditation and relevant construction, building surveying, applied science, construction technology, building services management or architectural science qualifications are preferred.
